NEWBURY PARK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)—September 14, 2006–Electronic Sensor Technology (EST), a leading provider of innovative homeland security and environmental solutions, announced the receipt of initial orders from 3 separate organizations. 1) Cherokee Industries, a manufacturer and systems integrator of environmental products. 2) Omega Scientific based in Singapore, this initial order is for security applications and 3) The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our distributor Applied Systems International for their use in Homeland Security applications. It is anticipated that these initial orders are precursors to additional follow-on orders.
