NEWBURY PARK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Electronic Sensor Technology (OTCBB:ESNR – News), a leading manufacturer of ultra-fast vapor analyzers, announced today that Barry S. Howe has resigned as the CEO and President, effective immediately. EST’s Board of Directors accepted the resignation on July 25th and returned Dr. Teong Lim to be the CEO and President.
Dr. Lim is a founder of the company and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has previously served as President and CEO of EST from January 26, 2006 through July 15, 2007.
Also, the Board of Directors voted to rescind its resolution regarding effecting a ten (10)-to-one (1) reverse stock split, which is more fully described in the current report on Form 8-K.
